SAND CASTING

P&W’s green sand foundry has existed in Plano, Illinois since 1927. Our dedicated workforce averages more than 11 years of foundry work experience each. We pour numerous non-ferrous metals including a large variety of brass, bronze, and aluminum. Certified chemical and physical properties of alloys are available. Our typical casting weights range from ounces to more than 100 pounds. We can provide quick delivery on most casting orders even those requiring cores. While our standard flask size is 12x18, we are capable of producing castings using many other flask sizes for both squeezer and floor molds.
